Brilliant Power Services (BP Services) was born out of a deep-seated desire to confront the alarming unemployment crisis affecting our country Zimbabwe. The BP services team, having witnessed the struggles of talented individuals who lacked formal qualifications, recognized the urgent need for a system that would connect these individuals with job opportunities in a fair environment.

Inspired by personal experiences and community challenges, the founder envisioned a consultancy that would not only provide essential labour but also empower workers through training and support. The journey began with a simple idea: "Connecting Skills to Prosperity." This slogan encapsulates the mission to uplift individuals while enabling businesses to thrive through reliable staffing solutions.
